Our award shelves are a little more crowded after a golden Houston’s Best PRISM Awards, now in its 50th year.
J. Patrick Homes took home three of the coveted trophies in this annual Greater Houston Builders Association recognition of the industry’s best people, products, and promotions. Another nine entries were named finalists. And that’s not all. We were thrilled to be named among the Grand Award finalists. Here are our 2025 award winners:
Best Primary Bedroom
Houston’s best primary bedroom can be toured at 10127 Stately Crown Drive in Sienna. This bold, elegant space features a stunning statement wall in Sherwin Williams’ Caviar hue that contrasts with the crisp white adjoining walls and tray ceiling. The spacious room also boasts a bay window sitting area and is crowned by a spherical chandelier.
That’s not the only recognition our Milan model home received during the Houston’s Best PRISM awards — the kitchen was named a finalist for Best Kitchen, and the home was also a finalist in the Best Interior Merchandising $800,000+ category.
Best Interior Merchandising $800,000+
We were especially excited for our model home in ARTAVIA to win the Best Interior Merchandising $800,000+ category. Inspired by the community’s creative energy, we made bold choices in color and overall décor. The kitchen is a standout, sporting Glacier white cabinets with brushed gold hardware and quartz countertops. A navy vent hood and navy picket tile on the front of the island are inspired touches. For the appliances, we chose a matte white finish with brushed brass hardware. A dramatic navy fireplace surround soaring two stories amplifies the kitchen color choices. Best TV/Video Promotion by a Builder
Our third Houston’s Best PRISM award of the evening was especially meaningful, with “Our Story, Their Words” video winning Best TV/Video Promotion. To create this video, we talked to our buyers, trade partners, and local real estate agents about what it’s like to work with J. Patrick Homes. Completely unscripted, the video provides an honest look at our company through varying perspectives. We were both humbled and gratified to hear what they had to say about us.
The Remaining Finalists
Our model home at 504 Whitetail Run Court in Conroe’s Grand Central Park is worth a visit — it was a finalist in three categories: Best Home Design $800,000+, Best Primary Bath, and Best Outdoor Living Space $700,000+.
A second ARTAVIA model home also earned a nod during the awards show, with the model home at 15616 Sunny Day Drive named a finalist in the Best Home Design $600,000-$800,000 category. The Comal II model home in Jordan Ranch at 29627 Apple Glen Court was another finalist in Best Home Design — this one was for homes priced $800,000+.
In addition to our model home on Stately Crown Drive in Sienna being named a winner and a finalist, our Bellagio design on Crown Forest Drive was announced as a finalist for Best Semi-Custom Front Elevation.
