The newest master-planned community in the Montgomery County/Conroe Area, ARTAVIA™, kicked off an Enchanted Home Tour to showcase their move-in ready homes.
The Enchanted Home Tour of available homes in ARTAVIA™ are marked with festive signs and will be open for viewing Monday – Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. In addition to viewing the homes, community visitors can also register at J. Patrick’s decorated Model Home for a chance to win a $5,000 Shopping Spree!
Interested buyers are encouraged to visit the J. Patrick Enchanted Model Home and bring in an unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots Toy Drive Collection.
“Many buyers want to take advantage of the low interest rates and complete their home purchase and move-in by year end,” said Lisa Connell, Marketing Director of AIRIA Development® Company, the developer of ARTAVIA™. “J. Patrick Homes has a wide variety of floorplans and pricing available to help satisfy buyers who are ready to purchase.”
A special highlight of the Enchanted Model Home Village is a community commissioned Holiday Art mural by artist Anat Ronen. The large scale 3 dimensional anamorphic painting features an immersive art experience inside of a gingerbread home that will be on display through December 31st. Anat is a world renowned artist whose work has been showcased in museums and shows worldwide. You may have seen her work at the Houston Zoo, Houston Museum of Natural Science, or Discovery Green. “This 3D Pop Art mural is the perfect holiday family photo opportunity,” said Lisa Connell. “It is such a fun way to get into the Holiday spirit while enjoying more Art in Nature here in ARTAVIA.”
At the heart of ARTAVIA™ is Dapple Park, a 13-acre community amenity center including a five- acre lake with paddle boats, a boardwalk, and a kayak launch area. The park includes a contemporary-style clubhouse featuring a 24-hr FitCenter, Palate Café, and an Event Lawn with both indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
ARTAVIA™ is located north of the Grand Parkway, midway between I-45N and US 59N, and east of FM 1314 on SH 242. The development will bring approximately 5,200 homes to the area, and plans currently include over 120 acres of mixed-use, commercial and retail properties. Students living in ARTAVIA™ attend Conroe ISD.
With its convenient location, ARTAVIA™ affords access to a long list of employment, medical, retail and recreation destinations. For more information, directions and updates, visit ARTAVIATX.com.
