ARTAVIA™, a 2,200-acre master-planned community in the Montgomery County/Conroe area, officially opened with a colorful kick-off featuring Bravo-TV star Ryan Serhant of Million Dollar Listing New York. More than 400 realtors attended the Kaleidoscope-themed event, which was touted as the most colorful grand opening ever.
“ARTAVIA™ is all about living life colorfully so we really wanted to play up that aspect of the development for this event,” said Lisa Connell, Marketing Director at AIRIA Development® Company, the developer of ARTAVIA™. “We have several nods to color in the community such as the entryway signage, Colorwheel Plaza, the future Palate Café and artfully designed play areas.”
Realtors toured all 10 homes by eight prestigious builders in the Model Home Village. Serhant gave an inspiring speech, entertained questions from the audience and spent several hours mingling with guests. Over $30,000 in colorful gifts and prizes were awarded throughout the day including a signed copy of Serhant’s book, Sell It Like Serhant for every guest.
Phase 1 of ARTAVIA™ consists of 458 homes with prices ranging from the $240,000s to the $500,000s. The community offers 50-to 70-foot lot sizes and floor plans from 1,600 square feet to 4,600 square feet from award-winning builders Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes.
ARTAVIA™ is located north of the Grand Parkway, midway between I-45 and US 59, and east of FM 1314 on SH 242. The development will bring approximately 5,200 homes to the area, and plans currently include over 120 acres of mixed-use, commercial and retail properties. Students living in ARTAVIA™ will attend Conroe ISD.
