J. Patrick Homes has been busy at The Woodlands Hills since debuting in the community last October, starting home sales, building five showcase homes and hiring a dedicated sales professional. Expected to open in late August/early September, the model home is the builder’s new Sabine design. With 4,400 square feet, the model will feature several upgrades demonstrating J. Patrick Homes’ design excellence and construction quality. Prospective buyers won’t have to wait until later this year to tour the Sabine, as the floor plan is being built as one of the five showcase homes that are near completion and available for sale. The other designs — Cornell, Hudson II, Magnolia and Falcon II — are all diverse plans that have been popular in other communities. The new homes in Conroe, Texas are a mix of one- and two-story designs, offering 2,802 to 4,289 square feet. Pricing on the two single-story homes is in the mid $600,000s while the other homes are priced in the mid to upper $700,000s. As showcase homes, they feature enhanced options, luxury designer selections and beautiful elevations that make for a nice streetscape of the side-by-side homes.
