The luxury that one might find in The Heights or River Oaks is now available in one of the city’s hottest and fastest-growing suburbs. Missouri City’s own Sienna neighborhood has new luxury, lakeside homes priced at $1 million.

Sienna’s new model home village, which is now fully open, welcomed four more builders all with stand-out features, adding to its pre-existing four model homes, according to a release. “These homes epitomize luxury at every turn,” said Alvin San Miguel, General Manager of Sienna. “And many of the available oversized homesites border Sawmill Lake and Sienna Oaks Lake, adding to the lavishness of these homes. Luxury buyers will now find ample selection in Sienna.

The model home community boasts luxury builders, J. Patrick Homes, Jamestown Estate Homes, the Toll Brothers and Tri Pointe, who have all placed their own opulent details to the highly-priced mansions.

Builder J. Patrick Homes built a $1.3 million home at 1906 Royal Oak Drive. Residents are greeted with $300,000 worth of upgrades, custom built-ins, intricate ceiling designs, an optional balcony off the game room and so much more, per a release.

The model home’s lavishness extends to its outdoor area, where builders included a cornhole game and a regulation bocce ball court. Similarly to this design is Jamestown Estate Homes, next door at 1902 Royal Oak Drive. Appraised in the upper $800,000’s, anyone interested in touring the home will get to walk through its five bedrooms, full six bathrooms, and a half bathroom. The home boasts groin-vault ceiling details, exotic kitchen granite, and a chandelier with a built-in dresser in the primary suite’s closet. It truly seems like anyone who buys this home will be living large.

Luxury home builder the Toll Brothers previously developed homes in the Sienna Lakes Estates area, and also added their own $1.4 million model to the village. Housed at 1910 Royal Oak Drive, the home is spread across 5,262 square feet, with a 21-foot ceiling in the great room, flex space, a storage area that was converted into a nook for wine and spirits 一 a necessity一and an upstairs alcove for more storage along with a game room for the kids or a bachelor’s night. The last builder to add to the model home village is Tri Pointe, a building company that also has homes within the Sienna Lakes Estates neighborhood. Priced at $1 million, the bombastic dwelling includes a prep kitchen, a curved stairway, and a hidden room upstairs.

The gorgeous homes are the perfect addition to the ever-growing locale that has been increasing rapidly over the years. Homeowners who are thinking of moving to the suburbs will find Sienna to be a great option, as they’re one of the top-selling in the nation.  The Fort Bend Town Center has also expanded, with a new urban development plan, with mixed-used spaces, restaurants and more residential living.

Robert Charles Lesser & Co. ranked the neighborhood as number 26 out of 50 top-selling “master-planned communities,” according to a release. Despite the addition of million-dollar homes, the neighborhood price range begins at $200,000.

The model homes are open to the public 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday. For more information, visit the website.
