Last year, J. Patrick Homes announced its Nuvo Vista Series, floor plans designed for 55-foot homesites that offer options for budget-conscious buyers without sacrificing the quality and style for which J. Patrick is known.
And today, prospective buyers can tour all of the series’ floor plans with showcase homes and several inventory homes now open in Jordan Ranch. Tours are offered daily.
Each home features a premium, Contemporary, Modern Farmhouse or Modern Prairie elevation that is standard to the plan, rather than an upgrade. The exteriors feature a mix of stone, siding and Romabio painted brick, with metal roof accents and other enhancements. Customers can choose between several elevations as well as select their own colors and materials.
Inside, the homes offer 2,178 to 3,400 square feet, open floor plans and three to five bedrooms standard. Smart design allows for ample storage, with most bedrooms boasting walk-in closets. Home offices, covered patios and mud rooms add to the home’s functionality. Larger floor plans also have game rooms. All of the plans offer numerous customizations, giving customers the “power to personalize” — another J. Patrick trademark.
Although smaller than the floor plans J. Patrick offers for 70-foot properties in Jordan Ranch, the Nuvo Vista Series designs include the same features as their big sister floor plans — including the Aprilaire whole-home dehumidifier and Aprilaire Air Cleaner media filters. Together, they will help lower humidity levels in the home and reduce the circulation of dust, pollen and more.
Those interested in touring the homes can visit the J. Patrick Homes model at 29627 Apple Glen Court in Jordan Ranch. Interest has been high in these homes, with two of the showcase homes already under contract. Pricing is from the $480,000s. Prospective buyers interested in the Nuvo Vista Series also will be able to tour six showcase homes opening this summer in ARTAVIA.
