Houston’s Aliana Master-Planned Community Ranked Top 30 in Sales Nationally

Houston’s Aliana Master-Planned Community Ranked Top 30 in Sales Nationally

Aliana, a 2,000-acre master-planned community located in Richmond, TX announced today it has been ranked in the Top 30 in sales nationally for master-planned communities (MPCs) by real estate consulting firms RCLCo and John Burns. Aliana sold 430 new homes in 2018, ranking it fifth in the state in new home sales.

“We are honored to have been ranked in the Top 30 in the highly coveted RCLCo and John Burns ratings for top-selling MPCs for the sixth year in a row,” said Travis Stone, President of AIRIA Development Company, the developer for Aliana.  “With its prime location, diverse selection of new-home styles and amenities, and homes by premier Houston builders, Aliana has continued to earn national recognition for its performance and growth.”

The ranking of RCLCo’s and John Burns’ top-selling communities is based on total net new home sales as reported by each individual community. To be included, MPCs must be developed with a strong vision and comprehensive plan that guide development and unify the community.  This is accomplished through distinctive signage, wayfinding, entry features, landscaping, and architectural/design standards that foster an environment of community.

Aliana is one of the largest master-planned communities in Fort Bend County. The award-winning community features new homes priced from the $280s to more than $1 million, with homes for first-time buyers, low-maintenance luxury homes and custom homes. Aliana is home to nearly 3,200 households with approximately 4,200 planned at build-out.

Builders in Aliana include Ashton Woods, Coventry Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Lennar, Meritage Homes, Partners in Building, Perry Homes, Plantation Homes, Sitterle Homes and Village Build

Aliana is located west of Houston, in Richmond, TX on the Grand Parkway between U.S. Highway 59 and Interstate 10.
