We’ve opened a model packed with all of the potential available with one of our floor plans within the Nuvo Vista Series, which delivers the luxury of larger homes within a smaller footprint.
That luxury starts with the exterior, with Nuvo Vista model home offering premium modern farmhouse, modern prairie and contemporary elevations with a mix of stone, siding and painted brick. With our Agave model home, we paired cast iron green siding with painted brick, adding in metal roof accents.
Inside, the upscale ambiance continues. The two-story, shiplap fireplace is stunning and contrasts nicely with the matte black ceiling fan and bronze-framed windows. Matte black plumbing fixtures and lights are used in the adjacent island kitchen. A stately Omega Stone quartz countertop graces the pewter green island, while the rest of the cabinets are a sophisticated white. A gleaming textured subway tile backsplash adds to the appeal.
Omega Stone countertops are replicated in the primary bath, which features a supersized shower. An affordable tile that resembles more expensive marble is on the shower walls and the floor, extending into the closet. Popular wood-look tile in a trending warm neutral is used in the primary bedroom and most of the downstairs — including the comfortable patio with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace.
The 3,161-square-foot Agave design features five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a game room and three-car tandem garage standard, but a host of options are available.
