Now open at 15412 Pinnacle Vistas Lane, the Falcon II model offers five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a game room, home office and flex room (presented as a media room in the model home). But the 3,967-square-foot model home is also a study in elegance, with a commanding bold and colorful decor cohesively used throughout the home, making it a stand-out among ARTAVIA model homes.
A stunning foyer with a curved staircase and rotunda ceiling with wooden beams welcomes guests. Glacier white cabinets with brushed gold hardware and Omega stone countertops define the island kitchen, which is accented by a navy vent hood and navy picket wall tile on the front of the kitchen island. Complementing the cabinetry and a departure from stainless steel, Café appliances — including the 36-inch, six-burner gas stove and Professional Series 30-inch smart convection double oven — have a matte white finish and brushed brass hardware.
Home chefs will appreciate the specialty storage, with a spice rack, pot-and-pan drawer, pull-out utensil drawer and trash drawer next to the sink. A walk-in pantry and butler’s pantry with a microwave drawer oven extend the room’s functionality.

White bookmatched tile is the backdrop for the tub while the shower walls and bathroom flooring are also white tile. Alder sandstone cabinetry completes the look.
Wood flooring is used in the primary bedroom as well as much of the downstairs and the upstairs game room. Two secondary bathrooms continue the high contrast motif, with dark tile showers and cabinets topped with lighter Omega stone countertops. The fourth full bath and adjoining bedroom are whimsical, with a coral wall behind the bed that coordinates with the bathroom shower curtain. The model also has a mudroom with playful tile flooring and an optional curved staircase. Adding the optional 13×15 covered patio gives the homeowner outdoor space that is 24 feet wide, perfect for entertaining.
