Fourteen of the designs are from our Classic Series, a signature line-up that can be found in several other Houston-area communities. Standard designs feature three to six bedrooms, up to five full baths and two half baths, a downstairs guest suite, a game room, covered patio and a stunning island kitchen. All homes in this series come with Benedettini custom kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops in the kitchen and primary bath, an AprilAire whole-house dehumidifier, fresh air ventilation, white-glove service after closing for professional orientation of the numerous smart-home devices and a host of other features.
The Artisan Series offers a higher level of standard features, including 8-foot interior doors on the first floor, wrought-iron stair parts, two-part crown molding in some areas, granite countertops in all bathrooms and more. One single-story, 4,042-square-foot design is available, with four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a home office, game room, courtyard and three-car tandem garage. Three two-story plans are offered, ranging from 4,913 to 5,580 square feet. Features include five bedrooms, a downstairs guest suite, home office, media room, game room and three-car garages.
