J. Patrick Homes Captures 3 Design Awards

Houston homebuilder J. Patrick Homes won three awards for home design in Houston’s Best PRISM Awards hosted recently by the Greater Houston Builders Association.

Two awards were for model homes in Richmond’s Aliana community. The Big Bend Plan — part of J. Patrick Homes’ Nuvo Vista plan lineup — won the trophy for Volume Builder Product Design $500,000 to $600,000. The Big Bend’s modern elevation is one of 10 Nuvo Vista plans that J. Patrick Homes
offers. The 3,791-square-foot design offers four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a game room, a media room and an island kitchen. Generous options include a spice kitchen and an outdoor kitchen. It is base priced in the $530,000s.

“The Big Bend floor plan demonstrates the flexibility we offer as a semi-custom builder,” said Tim Drone, Executive Vice President of J. Patrick Homes. “We take customer feedback and work closely with
architects to build a home from the ground up that answers many home buyer needs but still allows for easy customizations.”

J. Patrick’s Kensington model home in Aliana took the prize for Volume Builder Outdoor Living Space over $400,000.

“This expansive covered patio features multiple sitting areas, a fireplace, kitchen and pergola,” Drone said. “It really extends the home’s living space.”

Pricing on the Kensington starts in the $670,000s.

Finally, J. Patrick Homes won the Houston’s Best PRISM Award for Volume Builder Bath for its Amherst model home in Harper’s Preserve in Conroe. The master bath features a “car wash” shower with multiple shower heads and a glass wall separating the shower from the jetted bathtub. The Amherst floor plan is priced from the $590,000s.

J. Patrick Homes also was a finalist in six other categories: Volume Builder Product Design $600,000+, Volume Builder Bedroom, Volume Builder Interior Merchandising for a Model Home $600,000+, Volume Builder Interior Merchandising for a Model Home $500,000 to $600,000, Volume Builder Interior Merchandising for a Model Home $350,000 to $400,000 and Volume Builder Outdoor Living Space under $400,000.

“The Houston’s Best PRISM Awards gets more competitive every year,” Drone said. “It was an honor to be recognized so many times among such an elite crowd of real estate professionals.”

J. Patrick Homes builds in 10 communities around Houston, most recently opening a model home in Artavia in Conroe.
